Please note that our Grand Counselor, who is locally organizing the event, will negotiate preferred rates for a nearby hotel. To do so, it is important to receive your reservation as soon as possible.
This session is private and restricted to initiates of the Order. However, the visit is open to spouses’ non-member of the Aurum Solis. They are also welcome to the Ritual Banquet on Saturday in Renaissance apparel.
– 50% of the price should be paid before September 15th as reservation (or earlier as it will be helpful to contact the hotel).
– Remaining amount should be paid before October 15th.
